We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our End-to-End Team, the group responsible for our design system, ensuring the highest standards in accessibility, and developing internal tools that empower product teams across the company. If you’re passionate about crafting elegant, scalable solutions and driving the evolution of design culture at scale, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the development and refinement of our in-house design system for consistent, accessible interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, accessibility experts, product managers, and engineers to improve internal and customer-facing tools.
  • Build and maintain Vue.js based component libraries used as the foundation for all product teams.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain custom tools, plugins, and automations for design and engineering workflows (e.g., Figma plugins, code generators).
  • Drive accessibility best practices, ensuring our products are inclusive to all users.
  • Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture and advocate scalable, maintainable solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years professional frontend development experience; proven track record with production-scale web applications.
  • Expertise in Vue.js: deep knowledge of components, state management, and large-scale codebases.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with design systems: tokens, guidelines, documentation, and implementation strategies.
  • Experience working with Figma for design handoff, integration, and plugin/automation development.
  • In-depth knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML) and a passion for inclusive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven self-starter: comfortable owning features end-to-end.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and designers on frontend best practices.

Bonus points for

  • Experience developing/maintaining design systems in large-scale organizations.
  • Familiarity with other frontend frameworks (React, Svelte, Angular).
  • Familiarity with Storybook or other component documentation tooling.
  • Contributions to open-source projects involving design systems or accessibility.
  • Experience with testing strategies for design system components (unit, integration, accessibility testing).
